Bryan Fear, CEO of West Coast Ghostbusters wrote this “how to”* article on building a PKE Meter. Its not a walkthrough tutorial with step-by-step directions. However, it can give a ghostbuster a good idea on what’s needed to put a PKE Meter together. As long as you have the parts and know how.
Ghostbusters International® is working to provide a more through tutorial.

Last year at the earliest Dr. Greg Justis wrote an article on quantum physics and how that relates to the operation of a proton pack. Its based on a much more complex article and lectures from Drs. Spengler and Stantz. We had planned to put up Dr. Justis’ article much sooner…we just never got around to it. Until today. You can read his article edited by me here.*
More technical articles will be on the site as the week progresses.
Quanum Physics and Proton Pack Operations thread.*
